Description

Bitossi’s Apple Coaster takes the shape of a green apple, outlined in contrasting red and finished with a tiny embroidered motif through the centre. Playful but practical, it’s an easy little detail to leave out on the table rather than hide away in a drawer.

Use it for wine glasses, cocktails or coffee, mix it with the other fruit-shaped Bitossi coasters, or pair it with colourful tableware for a fun dinner setting.

Maker

Bitossi’s story is rooted in Montelupo Fiorentino, Tuscany, a centre of ceramic making for centuries. Officially founded in 1921, the family business has carried generations of Italian know how into a more contemporary world, working with designers and artists to continually rethink colour, shape and decoration. Today, Bitossi remains known for ceramics that feel distinctly Italian, expressive, playful and made to be enjoyed.
