Ethic & Tropic

Founded by Corinne Bally, Ethic & Tropic make beautifully unique Shamanic masks in the heart of the tropical forest in Central America by the indigenous women of two small tribes between Panama and Columbia.

These style of masks were originally made for shamanic rituals and would be burnt after they have "danced". It's for this reason old, 'original' pieces cannot be found. Which is why Ethic & Tropic want to honour this extraordinary ritual and support and sustain the women and their families who still makes these masks in their traditional environments, today.
