Salomé Cousseau

Salomé Cousseau is an independent artist working between Paris and her studio located in Deux-Sèvres. She draws on inspiration from her travels, immersing herself in the cultures and crafts of the places she visits. Her use of wood throughout her work is greatly inspired by her childhood and growing up with a cabinetmaker father. Coming from the world of jewellery, she also combines the techniques and materials she learnt to give the wood a warm delicacy. The end pieces are unique and beautiful and ever-evolving.
