UK DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail and Evri for deliveries within the United Kingdom. All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.

  • Royal Mail: Aims to deliver within two working days after dispatch.

  • Evri: Delivery times depend on the service selected and will be confirmed at checkout where available.

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside our control. We therefore cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer complimentary in-store collection from our South Kensington boutique.

Find us at: 174 Walton Street, London, SW3 2JL.

Simply select Pick Up in Store at checkout. We'll email you once your order is ready for collection.

Please wait until you receive your collection confirmation before visiting the store. Orders should be collected within seven days of notification.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer international shipping to selected destinations worldwide. Delivery costs and estimated transit times vary depending on the destination, parcel size, weight and courier service.

International delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local courier operations or circumstances outside our control.

MIDDLE EAST SHIPPING

Applicable countries: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Israel, United Arab Emirates and Egypt.

Many of our products, particularly ceramics, glassware and other delicate pieces, require extra care when travelling long distances. To help ensure they arrive safely, we use additional protective packaging, including double boxing, bubble wrap and cushioning materials where necessary.

This additional packaging can increase the size and weight of parcels, affecting shipping costs. Rather than applying a standard rate, we calculate shipping individually based on your order and destination.

HOW IT WORKS

Once your order has been placed, our team will email you a personalised shipping quote and a separate payment link.

Shipping is not included in your initial checkout total, and your order will only be dispatched once the additional shipping payment has been received.

If you choose not to proceed after receiving your quote, you can cancel your order for a full refund.

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before your order is confirmed, except for the Middle East destinations listed above, where shipping is quoted separately after checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of the items in your order.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within two business days, excluding Sundays, Mondays and UK bank holidays. During particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

TAXES & DUTIES

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Charges vary depending on the destination country, order value and product type. Customers are responsible for any additional costs related to the import of their order.
