Trevoly Vase Flower Girl

Part figure, part still life, the Trevoly Vase Flower Girl takes the form of a porcelain head and neck topped with a dense crown of ceramic flowers in blush pink and lilac. The face beneath is left almost bare, just a single mouth, letting the floral detail do the talking.

A continuation of Trevoly's surrealist take on portraiture, rendered here as a fixed, sculptural bouquet rather than a vase to be filled.
