Description

The swallow has long been a symbol of hope, loyalty and freedom. De Weldaad's Swallow Hanger captures this graceful bird in flight, with a golden finish and finely embossed details that highlight the shape of its wings and long, forked tail.

Hang it from a Christmas tree, display it against a wall or pair it with the smaller version for a simple decorative arrangement. A beautiful piece to enjoy well beyond the festive season.

Maker

De Weldaad was founded in Amsterdam in 2002 by Mirjam Verheijke, whose love of antiques, vintage furniture and beautiful objects shaped the brand's distinctive style. Originally a flower shop, De Weldaad soon grew into a collection of home accessories inspired by traditional craftsmanship and timeless design.

The collection is known for its delicate brass ornaments, decorative glassware and candle holders. Many pieces are shaped and finished by hand, celebrating the skill of the makers and the beauty of simple materials. Each design reflects De Weldaad's appreciation for objects that feel personal and are made to be enjoyed for years.
