HOLIDAY WORKING HOURS
Our team will be taking a short break from 24 December to 7 January.
Orders placed during this time will be processed and dispatched from 7 January, and we will reply to any messages as soon as we return.
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING & RETURNS
Christmas shipping: During the festive period, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes and courier demand. To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend placing orders by 8 December. Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed for pre-Christmas delivery.
Christmas returns: Items purchased from 15 November 2025 may be returned up until 31 January 2026 for a full refund (excluding shipping).
GIFT WRAPPING
We offer complimentary gift wrapping on every purchase at Soroka. Whether bought online or in store, each piece is wrapped as standard and prepared with care, reflecting the same attention you would experience when shopping with us in person. From the way each piece is handled to the final presentation, we believe these details matter.
A handwritten note may be included upon request for those moments that call for a more personal touch.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Order processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible; however, orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday may be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on UK bank holidays.
If you need your order by a specific date, have questions about delivery times, or your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and our team will be happy to help.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship globally, with UK, EU and international delivery options available. Your available shipping methods will appear at checkout based on the items in your basket.
If your country does not appear at checkout, simply contact our team and we will be happy to arrange a custom shipping quote and help ensure your order reaches you wherever you are in the world.
Due to recent changes in US import rules, shipping to the United States is temporarily unavailable. We are working on bringing this service back as soon as possible.
SHIPPING COSTS
Our collection is made up of unique pieces from specialist artisans around the world, so shipping costs can vary and will always be shown at checkout. Charges depend on the size and weight of the items in your basket.
Some products, particularly heavy ceramics or fragile pieces, may require additional protective packaging. In certain cases, this can result in a higher delivery cost than the automated rate shown at checkout. If this happens, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the updated charge.
Important update for US customers: As of 29 August 2025, the United States no longer exempts low-value shipments from import duties. All parcels sent to the U.S. are now subject to the standard customs process. Taxes, duties, and customs-clearance fees may apply regardless of the order value.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
On rare occasions, parcels may take a little longer due to courier disruptions, weather or other unexpected factors. If your order is ever significantly delayed, please get in touch. We are always happy to help, and you can request a cancellation and refund for any items that have not arrived.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can amend the address before the parcel has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All orders are packed with care using appropriate protective materials; however, there may be occasions when items are damaged during delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and its packaging by email or WhatsApp. This will allow us to review the matter and advise you on the appropriate next steps.
TAXES & DUTIES
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or other charges once they reach the destination country. These fees are set and collected by local customs authorities and are entirely outside our control. They are not included in our product prices or shipping costs at checkout, and the exact amount will vary depending on destination, order value and product type.
Customers are responsible for paying any additional import charges required by their local customs office. For accurate guidance, please contact your local customs authority directly.

CLICK & COLLECT
We offer a convenient collection service from our South Kensington store, allowing you to skip courier fees. Select "Pick up at Location" during checkout and we will handle everything.
Most orders are ready shortly after placing them, though some may require a little extra time for preparation. You will receive an email notification the moment your order is ready to collect.
