RETURNS POLICY

Please note:
Return options depend on how your order was placed.

Online orders can be returned within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.
In-store purchases can be returned within 28 days of purchase for an exchange or credit note only (valid for 6 months).

For online orders, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To arrange a return, email hello@sorokalondon.co.uk with your order number and the item you would like to return.

We kindly ask that you contact us before sending anything back, as items returned without prior notice cannot be accepted. Once confirmed, returns should be sent back at your own expense to:

For in-store purchases, items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and your receipt. Returns are eligible for an exchange or a credit note, valid for 6 months. Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.

 

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

During the Christmas period, we offer an extended returns window. Items ordered from 15 November 2025 can be returned until 31 January 2026 for a full refund (excluding shipping).

Please note that seasonal items, including Christmas decorations and other clearly holiday-themed products, are not eligible for return. For further details on items that cannot be returned, please refer to our Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items section.

 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you return an item to us because it is faulty, incorrect, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will cover the cost of return postage. If this happens, please contact us first using the details on the Contact us page and we will let you know how best to return the item.

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. For your protection, we recommend using a secure delivery service that requires a signature on delivery.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

A small number of items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety or seasonal reasons. These include:

– Seasonal and Christmas decorations and other holiday-themed products
– Personal care or beauty items that have been opened or used
– Jewellery items
– Gift cards

If you are unsure whether a particular item can be returned, please get in touch before placing your order or before starting a return. Our team is always happy to advise and guide you.

Sale items follow our standard return policy unless stated otherwise on the product page.


EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, the easiest way is to return it and, once the return has been approved, place a new order for your preferred item. This ensures the size or colour you want is available and reserved for you.


REFUNDS

Refunds apply to online orders only. In-store purchases are eligible for an exchange or a credit note.

We will email you once we have received and inspected your return to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
Once a refund has been confirmed, it may take a little extra time for your bank or card provider to process it and for the amount to appear on your statement.
