Each day, light a candle or incense. Let this small ritual bring you back to yourself, to your vision and to the life you’re building.
3. Choose one intention
Ask yourself: What is one small way I can move closer to my future self today?
Write it down.
4. Let it follow you
Set that intention as your phone wallpaper, or carry the note in your pocket. Let it gently guide you all day.
