The Bad Habit Breaker

Break bad habits with Chicura's Bad Habit Breaker. Start the day by choosing one of the things on the spinning top that you would like to work on during that day. Choose something else the next day and make it a habit to disrupt the not-so-good habits on a daily basis. The habits include: skip SoMe, turn off phone, skip coffee, no unrealistic expectations, slow down, let go of control, no processed food, choose water.

Made of oak with a production method using a by-product that would in any case be thrown away and designed by Charlotte Harbo Lavian.
