Zulu Cup Aegean

Honouring African traditions and South African craftsmanship, this aegean cup in shades of blue - part of As'Art's Zulu collection - is the result of the delicate braiding of falling telephone wires and copper wires. A form of craftsmanship marking the transition between the use of traditional materials (e.g palm leaves and dried herbs) and industrial ones, with the development of urbanisation, the weaving of the telephone wire. A lovely piece of art in its own right, or use it to store pens pencils on your desk, perhaps teaspoons in your kitchen, or even keys in your hallway.

Since each one is handmade, each one is also completely unique.
