Zulu Cup Cappuccino

Honouring African traditions and South African craftsmanship, this wire cup - part of As'Art's Zulu collection - is the result of the delicate braiding of falling telephone wires and copper wires. A form of craftsmanship marking the transition between the use of traditional materials (e.g palm leaves and dried herbs) and industrial ones, with the development of urbanisation, the weaving of the telephone wire echoes an ancestral know-how Zulu, whose tribe still represents 20% of the South African population.

This is the brown beige colour variant. Also available in mustard, rust, and blue; blue grey; rust; dark blue; green, beige, blue.
